We tasked Natasha Fischer with a nearly impossible feat: Pick the 10 best Trader Joe’s items of all time. It might sound simple, but Fischer isn’t just an ordinary shopper—she’s the creator of the biggest superfan Instagram account, @traderjoeslist. This challenge is akin to picking a favorite child.

The former accountant has never been formally affiliated with the grocer, but when it comes to product reviews, cart hauls, and recipe ideas, Fischer’s 913,000-and-counting followers look to her as the ultimate authority. Each day, you’ll discover something new on her feed: a cheese dip you didn’t know existed, a cult-favorite snack bar that was formerly out of stock, how to put your Everything Bagel seasoning to new use. While it wasn’t easy, Fischer managed to narrow her favorite staples—take a peek below.

Cauliflower Gnocchi

“I like to get creative with it; I air-fry them to make ‘buffalo wing’ bites. All you do is toss them from the bag to air-fryer and cook them on 390 degrees for 20 minutes. Stir halfway, and once they’re done, you have crispy gnocchi that resembles tater tots.”

ABC Bars

“I know there’s some back and forth on which Trader Joe’s bars are the best—there are a ton. These are my favorite ones to snack on. They have a strong amaretto taste, though, so if you don’t like it, that might turn you off.”

Chocolate Hummus

“It’s more chocolate than it is hummus, which I love because it satisfies my sweet tooth. I’ll spread it on some Norwegian Crispbreads for a snack.”

Red Lentil Pasta

“I get this product probably once or twice a week; it has more protein and fiber than regular pasta. I’ll serve it with some marinara sauce, pesto, or do it cacio e pepe style with parmesan cheese.”

Dark Chocolate Almond Butter Cups

“They were MIA for a while and then came back in stock, so when I see them, I feel like I have to buy at least three boxes. But I can’t do that—I’ll eat them all right away.”

Cauliflower Pizza Crust

“It tastes a lot like regular pizza! I’ve heard some people top this crust with barbecue sauce and pulled pork. I’ll buy salami, bell peppers, mushrooms—whatever I’m in the mood for. It’s the perfect thing to serve when friends are coming over.”

This Season’s Must-Have: Pumpkin Butter

“I’m a big fan of the pumpkin-spice world. Mix this with Greek yogurt or put it on top of a bagel with cream cheese. It’s extremely versatile and tastes like fall.”

Fresh Flowers

“Every week, I buy lilies, sunflowers, or any of the rare varieties TJ’s carries. It has the best prices relative to florists.”

Cleaning Products

“I use the all-natural laundry detergent and the pop-up sponges in my kitchen. They come in a pack of seven, which is really convenient. I don’t necessarily go out of my way to buy organic cleaning products, but it’s so easy to do so at Trader Joe’s.”

Everything Bagel Seasoning

“I feel obligated to say this is a good one because it goes with literally everything. I also recommend the chili lime and the taco seasoning.”
