The eccentric singer-songwriter’s new Los Feliz digs are every bit as distinct as she is!

The 5,160 square foot Mediterranean-style spread was built in 1924 by famed architect AF Leicht, and includes 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

The intricately crafted abode features dramatic domed ceilings, stained glass windows and hand-carved woodwork throughout the unique space.

As if the master bedroom’s impressive views of downtown L.A. weren’t enough, the house offers a front-facing sunroom for additional views of the scenic landscape.

Interior details such as exposed beams, arched walkways, multiple fireplaces, and a spiral staircase are what drew Sia to the place, although we’re sure the billiard room didn’t hurt either!

In addition to multiple terraces, the property includes a large pool, garden, and spa for entertaining—and relaxing—outdoors.
