There’s an art to hunting down the perfect gift. It can be personal, functional, or chic; the best are all three, which is why it’s often a challenge to get it just right. That’s where Over the Moon comes in. The newly rebooted site is the ultimate destination for all things gifting—especially if what you’re after is a wedding present.

Founded in 2015 by Alexandra Macon and Emilie Ghilaga, the just-relaunched online shop offers a hyper-curated assortment of items from more than 100 brands. What sets it apart is the style expert–driven point of view: Macon is a Vogue alum, while Ghilaga was a buyer at Moda Operandi. Their shared love of weddings informs the products, blending classic favorites with contemporary accents and making them perfect for anyone who is feeling stumped on what to get the bride and groom on their list. For example, in the cookware section, you’ll find more than just a KitchenAid mixer. “We began with the tried-and-true brands we’ve grown up with and added a new guard of sustainable cookware options,” explains Macon. “Offering pieces that you can pass down to future generations is a real pillar of our shop.”

The first launch has a bit of everything. For the couple who loves to entertain, order a set of Estelle Colored Glass’s stemware or any of Hibiscus Linens’s napkins (“They’re the best for hosting at home,” says Macon). There’s an entire Monogram Shop to help you customize virtually anything. Looking for something more topical? Meg Busacca’s vintage face masks will certainly be appreciated by any gift recipient. “They’ve been selling like crazy already,” adds Macon. Over the Moon will be rolling out a registry in October to help people more formally bookmark their favorites; in the meantime, here is what’s on our wish list:

Elly enjoys covering anything from travel to funky design (tubular furniture, anyone?) to the latest cultural trend. Her dream apartment would exist on the Upper West Side and include a plethora of mismatched antique chairs, ceramic vessels, and floor-to-ceiling bookcases—essential to her goal of becoming a poor man’s Nora Ephron. You can probably find her in line at Trader Joe’s. You will never find her at SoulCycle.
