Monday mornings are the worst. That is, unless you’ve got a fresh batch of delicious scones to eat at your desk, then they’re a little bit easier. Scones are the perfect pack-and-run breakfast to take to the office. Toss one (or more) into a reusable container to prevent smushage, and commute as usual.
