Andy Cohen and John Mayer’s bromance has already been well documented, but we just found some adorable new evidence: A recent Instagram post shows Cohen’s mother, Evelyn, with a big smile on her face, kneeling on the floor to steam Mayer’s white button-down before an event in the Hamptons. The caption says it all: “My mom stops at nothing to help other houseguests!” If that isn’t love, we don’t know what is.
And yet we have so many questions about the photo: Why would Mayer, a laundry obsessive, hand over steaming duties to Cohen’s mom? What’s up with the Pack ’n Play in the room? Can we discuss the pink duvet cover? That stuffed octopus on the floor—why? The world may never know.
What we have uncovered, though, is the exact steamer that Evelyn used to unwrinkle Mayer’s shirt.
