While their Frogmore Cottage home is steadily under renovation, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex—Harry and Meghan, if you will—have leased another perfectly cozy property, nestled in the Cotswolds. Now, the first photos of the home have been released.

According to The Sun, the couple’s two-year lease on the four-bedroom mansion started in May, and since then, the parents-to-be have hosted a number of guests in it, including Markle’s mother, Doria Ragland, the Clooneys, and Serena Williams.

Though no images show the interior of the home, which sits on a 4,000-acre property, the exterior, surrounded by English garden topiaries, has a lush appeal. Not to mention that the expansive yard space makes an ideal place for having company over and will undoubtedly be a wonderful area for a growing child to run around in.

The pair is expected to keep the property, even when they move into Frogmore Cottage, and it’s not hard to see why. The area, though rural, is also quite booming. Soho Farmhouse offers a discreet members-only hangout space (as well as luxe spa treatments), and plenty of elevated restaurants nearby make for fantastic dining options. (Our own Domino-approved guide to the Cotswolds shows that the countryside is anything but sleepy).
