For famed French cookware company, Le Creuset, spring has already sprung. Adding to its already-colorful lineup of kitchen staples, the brand just launched four new colors that are bound to evoke familiar memories of snacking on seedy fruits and sitting by a breezy bay.

Introducing Fig, Coastal Blue, Sea Salt, and Meringue: the latest hues to join the company’s ever-growing line. According to the company, the 2019 spring collection is meant to be “a breath of fresh air,” and, we have to admit, we’ve never felt more refreshed.

Ranging from rich violet to pale blue, the just-launched additions might be the brand’s most zen yet. The only problem? We can’t decide which of the four hues we love the most.

Meringue

As its name suggests, this luxurious ivory tone was directly inspired by the classic French confection. Its soft, soothing, and sandy-colored ways have us wishing we were plopped on a beach along the Riviera right about now.

Sea Salt

Drawing on the subtle undertones of fleur de sel—a delicate salt that has been collected since ancient times—and the Dead Sea, this shape-shifting shade exists somewhere between a muted blue and pale green.

Fig

Unlike its sunnier counterparts, Fig pulls from a darker end of the color spectrum with earthy hints of violet and brown. Give your Dutch oven new purpose as a dramatic focal point by leaving it out on the counter for guests to admire after the feasting is over.

Coastal Blue

All you need is a picnic blanket and a clear afternoon sky to live up to this powdery blue shade. Coastal Blue’s classic seaside character is fit for any nautically inspired kitchen.
