While fellow Jonas Brothers Nick and Joe are off forging solo careers in the music industry, the eldest one, Kevin, seems to have a different goal in mind—building homes. Previously on reality show Married to Jonas, the 30-year-old has since settled into a more domestic life with his wife, Danielle, and two daughters, Alena and Valentina, and has started his own residential real estate company based in New Jersey.

Called JonasWerner, the company specializes in building custom mansions within commuting distance from Manhattan—and this latest listing in Montville is as over-the-top as you can get. A five-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home located on a little over two acres of land, it comes complete with several high-end amenities, including a massive walk-in closet, man cave encompassing a pool table and wet bar, and a children’s nursery with a built-in playhouse. Joshua Baris of Coldwell Banker holds the listing.

“The ideal buyer for this luxury estate is one who will truly appreciate the fine qualities and craftsmanship throughout each square inch of this magnificent home,” Baris tells Domino. “The details will impress the most discerning buyers who are accustomed to enjoying the finer things in life. This custom built estate has unique features and an incredible floor plan with the perfect flow for those who enjoy entertaining their guests.”

Originally listed in 2016 for $2.5 million, the luxe home is now back on the market with a slight price tweak, and is currently listed at $2.48 million. On the ground floor, an open floor plan allows for both a traditional foyer and open-concept formal dining area—which features a glass-enclosed wine cellar, but of course.

The all-white kitchen boasts marble countertops and a mosaic-tiled backsplash, centered by a large island that can easily accommodate up to four people. A family and living room boasts the largest sofa we’ve ever seen, along with a sweet stone fireplace and large, sunny windows.

Jonas has also created a room that can serve as the ultimate self-care space (or man cave), featuring a gorgeous brick accent wall, hardwood floors, and dark wood finishes. Each bedroom is pretty sizable too, but the master is really something special, with modern touches, metal accents, and an enormous walk-in closet that could easily fit hundreds of pairs of shoes.

The accompanying ensuite bathroom is all marble floors with a separate his and hers section for the sinks, along with a chic bathtub and built-in TV to round out the space.

Jonas has converted the basement into a kids’ playroom, complete with a built-in playhouse and miniature street lights. The home also boasts a waterfall and saltwater pool in the backyard, allowing the perfect mix of indoor and outdoor activities.
