Forget everything you thought you knew about mobile homes—actor and producer David Arquette just proved you wrong, thanks to his just-listed sleek, upscale Malibu abode. The asking price? $1.8 million.

Located in a guard-gated park on Malibu’s Point Dume, the two-bedroom, two-bathroom home was completely renovated in 2012 to feature masculine finishes like a dark gray, corrugated exterior and deep brown hardwood floors—but is brightened by crisp white walls. Multiple sets of glass sliders open out to a stunning view of the Malibu coastline.

The master bedroom features sleek, muted floors and a king-sized bed—but not much else. However, this minimalist theme ends just as quickly as it starts, with all the out-there furniture relegated to the downstairs, open-floor living space.

Case in point? The treated red leather couches, fuzzy crimson shags, and modern fixtures that dominate the den. There’s also a vintage-style bar section, featuring teal seats and state-of-the-art kitchen appliances. Modern lighting adds an extra edge to the area.

Both bathrooms feature jet black, hexagonal floor tiles and walls lined from floor to ceiling in gray-grouted white subway tiles, which juxtapose the dramatic living spaces perfectly.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a true Malibu home without an outdoor space to enjoy the warmer weather, and Arquette’s airy patio is a sun-lover’s paradise. Ivory furniture adds an elegant touch to the space, and the views are phenomenal.
