Some people collect vintage clothes to resell, but if you’re an A-list actor, you collect homes—and Johnny Depp just sold his fourth LA penthouse for $1.82 million.

After buying five condos in Downtown LA’s Eastern Columbia building in 2016, Depp has successfully sold them off one by one in the hopes of accruing a total of $12.78 million. And with this latest real estate coup, he seems to be on track to meet that goal.

This recent sale is a multi-level two-bedroom, three-bathroom corner apartment. High ceilings and massive glass windows throughout the home make it feel super spacious—and of course, the 2,266 square footage helps too.

Inside, an eclectic mix of decor mirrors the actor’s own unique style. Exposed brick walls and ceiling pipes lend an industrial feel to the duplex. Modern furniture keeps the space looking contemporary, and more fun accents—like a bold red metal staircase and star-printed pendant lights—add interest.

An open floor plan sees the kitchen (which is equipped with stainless steel appliances) situated adjacent to a marble-topped dining table and chic seating area, making it the perfect space for entertaining.

Upstairs, the master bedroom suite offers sweeping city vistas, as well as a view of the building’s pool.

The outdoor terrace—which gives the owner access to Eastern Columbia’s sky deck, saltwater pool, and fitness studio—offers high walls for maximum privacy. There are also multiple seating areas for dining al fresco or summer entertaining.

Want to pick up one of Depp’s properties for yourself? There’s still time: The fifth (and final) penthouse in the actor’s collection is listed at $1.79 million.
