Now your home can run on Dunkin’, too. In a collaboration with the famously adored doughnut chain, hip paint maker Backdrop just launched two new shades: magenta pink and bright orange, the shop’s signature hues. Each one feels like a jolt of summer—or the first sip of an on-the-go iced latte.

But if you’re already wondering how you would work such eye-popping pigments into your living area (without it looking like you’re a Munchkins merchant), never fear. Just like the sweet treats themselves, the colors are meant to be consumed in small amounts. For the first time ever, Backdrop is selling the paints in half-gallons so that you can use them as accents around your home.

“They’re perfect for anything you want to have some fun with in your space—painting an accent wall or doors or creating a design,” says Backdrop cofounder Natalie Ebel, who says she bought a Dunkin’ iced coffee almost every day when she worked in Manhattan’s Rockefeller Center.

Even in tiny doses, each of these vibrant shades can make a serious style statement. (Try using the magenta on open shelving, to “frame” artwork, or along the inside of an archway.) They’re proof that even a little bit of a very bold color can have a big impact.
