It caught our attention right away because, while Meyers-Shyer is really into design and renovation, she’s also the daughter of beloved filmmaker Nancy Meyers.

What’s so genius about the appliance is that it allows you to peer in and check on just how crispy your bread is getting. But there are plenty of other perks beyond the obvious: there’s a defrost setting, eight toasting levels, an extra-lift lever for small items, and a removable crumb tray.
The only downside we can think of is that you’ll actually have to clean it once in a while. It’s a small price to pay for borrowing Nancy Meyers’s (and her daughter’s) style.
