One of our favorite features has nothing to do with the actual food prep at all. At the back of the piece, you’ll spot a stainless steel lid rest, meaning there’s no chance you’ll misplace the top mid-sauté or constantly need to wipe up steamy condensation in between taste tests. And best of all, once you remove the heating probe, it can be fully immersed in water to make cleanup a breeze.
