The nearly 11,000 square foot property once belonged to the celebrated Hollywood producer Samuel Goldwyn.
The six-bedroom, five-bathroom Georgian-inspired abode sits on 1.95 acres behind the beloved Beverly Hills Hotel and was originally built in 1934.
The main floor includes a spiral staircase, a formal living and dining room—connected by a wood-paneled library with a fireplace—and a guest suite with its own private entrance.
There’s also a gym, card room, and home theater with 35mm projection inside the Douglas Honnold-designed estate.
In addition to a pillared portico and motor court out front, the backyard boasts a solar-heated swimming pool, several manicured gardens, and a full tennis court with views of the surrounding canyons.
