Target’s latest collaboration will have you sleeping better than ever before. The superstore last teamed up with the mattress engineers/sleep wizards at Casper to bring you the brand’s entire core product line, as well as a few Target-only exclusives in May of last year—but now, the collaboration has expanded in a whole new way.
While the previous collab made Casper’s Foundation available to the masses starting at a mere $250, as well as a few other sleep essentials (including a duvet cover, a mattress layer, and a pillow), the new addition has expanded the company’s offerings to include the new Essential Mattress, as well as a new, Target-exclusive sheet line.
“At Target, we strive to bring guests amazing new products and exciting partnerships,” said Jill Sando, senior vice president of home merchandising at Target. “We love Casper’s brand and innovative products—and we really love the idea of giving our guests a simple way to get a better night’s sleep, with everything they need in one convenient place.”
The Essential Mattress might be a little more expensive than the Foundation (starting at $350), but it’s guaranteed to help you get the best sleep ever thanks to its new, streamlined design. Consisting of three-layer foam construction engineered for durability, breathability, and bounce, it helps you cross all the boxes off your list—while the open cell design gives an element of coolness to the product.
The sheets are also super affordable, starting at $75 and available in a huge variety of colors, including a gorgeous millennial pink and pale pastel green. The weightless sheets are made of cotton and are naturally wrinkle-free, but if you want to take it up a notch, you can also invest in the brand’s twill sheets for $110.
In an attempt to bring a physical presence to the digital-only brand, Target is allowing the mattress to be sampled at 45 stores across the country, from mid-February to mid-March. You can find out whether your store is carrying the mattress here. But don’t worry: If you’re not able to try the brand out in-store, you can take advantage of Casper’s free shipping and returns, as well as its 100-night trial policy. Each mattress also comes with a 10-year warranty, making the decision to invest in one easier than ever.
In the three years it’s been around, Casper has already made a name for itself as the expert in high-tech sleeping solutions. It prides itself on its “obsessively engineered” approach to mattresses, pillows and sheets; a tactic that’s clearly paid off, if the New York-based brand’s cult following is any indication. Fast Company even named them one of 2017’s most innovative companies in the world.
