This is In Our Carts, a monthly series of our favorite product launches taken straight from our Slack channels. We sort through them for the best of the best. That way, you can read just about the good stuff—nothing more and nothing less.
Tulip Collaborated With Studio Ford on New Light Covers
Ever since Tulip debuted its fabric covers for rental-grade boob lights, we’ve seen them fly off the shelves in prints designed by creatives like Xavier Donnelly and Pauline de Roussy de Sales. Now, they’ve teamed up with Studio Ford, the Los Angeles-based brand known for its hand block-printed designs made in Jaipur, India. Choose from delicate Chanderi and Tuberous motifs, as well as the more graphic Fennel.
Nordic Knots Designed Pitch-Perfect Bedding and Decor
Bedding and decor is the latest category that Scandi home brand Nordic Knots has expanded into. You can outfit your sleeping chambers in percale or sateen sheets and top things off with pillows and a cashmere throw (we’d also consider coordinating a headboard with the matching linen bedspread for a color-drench moment).
Modern Matter and Ajiri Aki Teamed Up on Hardware
Lions, swans, and even pinecones pop up in Modern Matter’s latest launch, made in collaboration with Ajiri Aki, founder of Paris-based lifestyle brand Madame de la Maison (psst: she also has a great Substack). The 12-piece collection draws from 19th-century French design, and is crafted from solid brass and finished in the same unlacquered metal. That means the patina will just get better over time. The door hardware is particularly exquisite, with floral, trellis, and beaded touches that punch up the romance.
Astraeus Clarke Debuted a Very Sexy Dining Table
We’ve come to expect tailored proportions and alluring materials in lighting and decor from Jacob and Chelsie Starley, the duo behind Astraeus Clarke. Now, they’ve brought their signature glamour to a furniture drop influenced by old Hollywood, casino lounges, and vintage sports cars. Titled Vesper, the tight, three-piece group consists of a dining table, stools with star bolt-secured upholstery, and a rounded mirror finished with a polished steel edge.
Interior Designer Annie Downing Created Vibrant Concrete Tiles
More playful tiles, please! After debuting bold wallpaper last year, Austin, Texas-based designer Annie Downing has just released a new line of concrete tile hand-made by Popham Design in Marrakech, Morocco. Each of the four patterns—Triptych, Echo, Oh-Lah, and Antipasto—can be customized in 20 different colors and used indoors or outside. The Triptych style could finish off a serene bathroom, Echo would make a mudroom all the more welcoming, Oh-Lah is a laundry room’s dose of fun, and Antipasto naturally adds to a kitchen as a backsplash.
Swedish Organizing Brand Essem Landed in the U.S.
Essem has been organizing Swedes since the 1930s, now the brand’s simple, functional solutions are available in the U.S. If you’re after well-designed hangers and wall-mounted shoe racks, this is where to find it. The products are timeless, and some feel downright contemporary even if they were originally introduced in the 1950s.
Salam Hello Launched a New Made-to-Order Rug Collection
Like Annie Downing’s new tiles, Morocco is where Salam Hello’s rugs are crafted (as are many high-quality floor coverings). The brand’s latest made-to-order collection, Atlas Form, is hand-woven in the Middle Atlas Mountains, conceived as an acknowledgement to the earthquake that struck the region in 2023. For the four customizable, high-pile designs, there are multiple earthy colorways available.
Four Chic New Fragrances Dropped
Several of our favorite fragrance brands launched new scents in September—here’s the rundown. Frama created Painted Desert, a crowd-pleasing mix of sage, frankincense, cedar, and sandalwood (it’s also available in candle and incense form). Le Labo dropped Osmanthus 19, its dedicated scent for Kyoto that is anchored in its namesake flower, with lavender and woody resin, too. DS and Durga brought us Cognac Reign, that begs the question, “What would a 300-year-old cognac barrel cracked open on the F train smell like?” The answer is caramelized bergamot, antique wood, cognac essence, and tonka. And Ffern released its Autumn 2025 edition, full of orchard fruit, cognac (again!), blue chamomile, and creamy tuberose.
Valsa Home and Ali Labelle Designed Pajama-Inspired Tableware
Creative director Ali Labelle added painterly stripes to Valsa Home’s plates, bowls, mugs, and egg cups—all inspired by pajamas. She envisions each one layered with vintage linens, maybe served on a tray for breakfast in bed. Highly gift-able, quality ceramics right here.
Sundays Unveiled a New Furniture Brand Named Hetta
Hetta is from the mind of co-founder Barbora Samieian, the same creative behind Sundays Furniture. The designer’s childhood in Slovakia influenced the new line’s perspective, with a particular focus on heirloom-quality construction that’s meant to be handed down. The expansive collection (there are 195 products) brings to life an antique ladderback chair from Samieian’s home, and the Saddle sofas off several recline positions to choose from via a smooth ratchet mechanism.
Nickey Kehoe Launched New Wallpapers, and You Can Buy Them Directly
When Nickey Kehoe unveils new in-house wallpaper and textiles, we perk up. Three fresh designs, all made in the U.S., have just launched: geometric Cubist, adapted from an antique Japanese paper; Koshi Plaid, reinterpreted Japanese boro cloth on grasscloth; and Metallic Neddy Toile, a 19th-century scene printed on metallic paper. The new styles also marks the first time that the brand’s exclusive wallpapers will be available by the yard, starting at $95 for standard and grasscloth and $150 for metallics. Matching fabrics will follow, too.
