Move over, navy blue: There’s a new popular kid in town. According to recent Pinterest data, searches for terracotta bedrooms are seeing a 341 percent increase year over year—there’s something about the warm, earthy hue that feels especially comforting right now.
It’s not only that room that’s getting some love on the platform; searches for terracotta decor and a terracotta color palette are also popular, with a 106 percent and 301 percent spike, respectively. We even rolled out a Domino-curated feed dedicated to the tint, in partnership with Pinterest as part of one of its just-launched features to help users shop on the app. As we get ready for sunnier weather, why not bring some desert vibes home?
