If you want to live like royalty, you don’t have to shell out for your own castle. In fact, a simple apartment will do. Now, you can rent a three-bedroom apartment directly below the Queen of England’s New York City condo. The fully furnished space in the United Nations Plaza—which comes complete with sweeping views of the East River—will set you back $30,000 a month. Royal life is, after all, totally luxurious.

The apartment available to rent offers no shortage of luxe amenities, from a spacious kitchen and living area perfect for entertaining to floor-to-ceiling windows that make it perfectly easy to catch a full view of the sunrise.
