Behold: the Staub mini cocotte. These small baking dishes are perfect for individual desserts, and they’re great for many other oven recipes, too. The most famous is probably eggs en cocotte (baked eggs with ham and cheese), but you can also make any kind of quiche, gratin, or macaroni and cheese your heart desires in these delightful little pieces.
If you haven’t tried cooking with cocottes yet, now’s a great time. Stock up and enjoy cozy comfort meals all through the winter.
