The model and musician are giving up their intimate NoLita abode to look for more space for their potentially growing family.
The celebrity duo purchased the recently-renovated one-bedroom condo—which is nestled inside of the historic Brewster Carriage House in lower Manhattan—in 2012.
The 2,000 square-foot, urban-industrial style place features bold metallic finishes, cast-iron columns, exposed brick, and a slew of salvaged wood details as well as a gas fireplace in the main living area.
The living room also boasts an oversized alcove that easily converts into a library or office plus an adjacent walk-in closet with tons of storage that doubles as a laundry room (with a full size washer/dryer).
The glamorous master suite offers its own built-in wardrobe as well as a spa-like master bathroom with a freestanding iron tub, separate walk-in shower, marble countertops, and heated tile floors.
Additionally, the full chef’s kitchen has a massive custom-made island, mosaic tile back-splash, and state-of-the art appliances. No wonder the place comes with a $4.5 million price tag!
