Calling all avocado lovers: Compartés teamed up with the California Avocado Commission to create your dream chocolate bar. Their Avocado Bar, made with creamy white chocolate and fresh avocados, launches today, Thursday, April 27, and totally counts as a fruit, not a sweet. At least that’s what we’re telling ourselves…
The masterminds at Compartés are famous for using fresh, unique ingredients (nothing beats their Cereal Bowl Bar), so it’s only natural that they’d find a way to incorporate avocados into their chocolates. People use the popular fruits as a substitute for less healthy brownie ingredients, after all. Compartés is known for their gorgeous wrappers, often collaborating with designer Kelly Wearstler, so obviously the packaging is adorable, too.
The bar will be available at the Compartés Los Angeles boutique and online for a limited time only. Whether it’s for your avocado-obsessed friend, mom (hey, best Mother’s Day gift ever), or a for a future afternoon pick up, it’s sure to be $10 well spent.
