If you’re looking to impart your living space with an air of nostalgia and vibrant hues, look no further than Chasing Paper’s latest temporary wallpaper collection. Once again partnering with Brooklyn-based artist Danielle Kroll, the one stop shop for chic removable wallpaper (and now too cool prints) has just added three new designs that aim to tell a story through an array of punchy patterns.

Made with the company’s signature peel-and-stick fabric, the three new prints (Bubble, NYC Matches, and Agate) offer a fun and commitment-free way for renters and self-professed nomads alike to bring a range of modern patterns and playful colors into the home. According to Chasing Paper founder Elizabeth Rees, their newest additions put a refreshing spin on an era long gone.

“I am loving a ’70s vibe these days, and I like that the Bubble and Agate give a nod to that decade,” Rees tells Domino. “And the Matches print pretty much sums up why I started chasing paper to create nostalgic wallpaper that makes you take notice, then look to find a deeper meaning.”

While NYC Matches—the most telling of the three prints—seems to speak directly of Kroll’s deep connection to the city, the pattern will win the heart of anyone who wants to fill an empty powder room or foyer with Big Apple charm.

“This is truly one of my favorite prints that we have put out in Chasing Paper’s history,” says Reese. “I think it will resonate with most people who have a love affair with NYC, and Danielle’s artistic hand captures it so perfectly.”

Available in three colorways, Agate promises to imbue the once bare walls it comes to call home with a sense of ease and fluidity, thanks to its subdued shades and psychedelic shapes.

A visual treat for an otherwise boring room, this gemstone-inspired print—along with its equally fun-loving counterpart, Bubble—pairs effortlessly with cool metallic accessories, wood accents, and other retro surfaces that recall ‘70s glam.

Light, playful, and devoid of florals, the Chasing Paper x danielle kroll collection serves as an alternative (and affordable) way to experiment with pattern this spring.

“Having worked with Danielle in the past, we were excited to continue the relationship and add to the collection we already have with her,” says Rees. “Rather than focusing on strictly designer collections this year, we are going to center more on new ideas.”

The prints retail at $40 for a 2×4 foot panel, and are available to shop now on chasingpaper.com.
