Looking for boutique grade items at non boutique prices? Husband and wife design team Robert and Cortney Novogratz of The Novogratz are launching an online storefront in partnership with Amazon—so your search is about to get a whole lot easier.
The pair, well known for their bold, colorful design aesthetic, have made a name for themselves by taking on both private and commercial projects. They’ve also created a range of products that are available for purchase on their own site: However, while they’re gorgeous, they come with a designer price tag.
“We’re big believers that everyone deserves the boutique experience—a home that feels bespoke, personalized, and well curated,” says Robert Novogratz.
With that in mind, the couple set out to curate a collection exclusively for Amazon that blends high end quality products with an affordable and accessible shopping experience. Designed to cater to the modern family—something which, as parents of seven, the two are definitely experts on—the online boutique will feature a mix of new products created by The Novogratz, as well as a carefully selected group of third party items in the “interesting finds” section.
Customers can shop from a wide variety of home goods items, which will range from bigger furniture pieces to decor. While the “interesting finds” section features the work of other designers, fans of The Novogratz can be assured that the same quality and aesthetic from the self-designed pieces will be reflected in each find—as every item was chosen directly by the couple. (For example, Robert drew on his love of art to curate the “Fine Arts” section.)
“It’s always been our dream to design pieces at an affordable price point—as parents, we’re constantly mixing high and low,” says Cortney. “We’ve got many of these new pieces in our own home, and can’t wait for Amazon customers to show us how they decorate their homes using the same products.”
