Sarah Sherman Samuel is all about a good beach day. The designer and former Domino cover star has always lived close to a body of water—at her former Venice Beach, California, bungalow, she was blocks away from the Pacific Ocean. Today at her postmodern fixer-upper in Grand Rapids, she and her family can retreat to Lake Michigan. So it’s no surprise that crashing waves and ripple motifs were the inspiration for her new Walls collection with Lulu and Georgia.
