Dating is awkward enough in the regular world. But dating while staring at a shimmery blue wall on Love Is Blind? We’re guessing that can feel pretty uncomfortable. In case you’re new to the premise of the hit Netflix series, in the initial stages of the show, the cast members can hear, but not see, each other from the comfort of a “pod.” According to the show’s creator, Chris Coelen, the private rooms are designed to be “conducive to conversation” and a place where people can “get cozy.”

If we understand anything about getting comfy in a room, we know that when you’re leaning back from laughter or are curled up in anticipation, you want a plush pillow (or two) around.

From the looks of the latest season, which dropped by no coincidence on Valentine’s Day, there is only one place to buy the perfect pillows for a dating-from-your-couch scenario: West Elm. In each of the 20 pods, the standard gray sofas are topped with über-bright, color-blocked throw pillows. The pieces are a mix of the brand’s Half Moon Layered Blocks covers (currently on sale, starting at $40) and the Split Colorblock indoor-outdoor pillows made from a combination of jute and cotton.

We’re guessing the Love Is Blind crew plucked these pillows because the punchy hues would pop on camera, but they have another perk: They all look great together. For people who like the idea of mixing and matching but aren’t sure how to pull it off, the cushions are practically foolproof. Compatibility, in this case, is a nonissue.
