The characters in Netflix’s hit series Nobody Wants This had much at their disposal for audiences to fall in love with. Successful careers come to mind, as well as a social calendar filled with casual hangouts. The central romance was also a dream—we all had thoughts on that first kiss—and the friendships were equally satisfying. There was so much to appreciate, in fact, that we’d forgive you if one more detail slipped your mind: How cool the homes were, too. Thankfully, a new listing should bring those memories back.

The fictional home of Kristen Bell’s character in the first season is currently up for sale in Los Angeles for $3.5 million, and it features Spanish-style details you may have spotted in a few scenes. Built in 1926 and boasting four bedrooms and four bathrooms, the property was recently modernized by interior designer David Lucido to have a mix of old-meets-new touches like custom plastered walls in an upstairs bathroom and a generously appointed kitchen steps from a pool. There’s also a pool house out back.

Just like how the show used several spaces as a backdrop—you might recall the first podcast scene was filmed in the living area—there’s a lot to swoon over while taking a virtual tour. But our favorite detail? The classic addition of Saltillo tiles. This terracotta material brings so much warmth and personality to the ground floor and pool house that we’d recommend using it in your own abode. After all, countless hacienda-inspired addresses in need of a makeover likely have a version of these Saltillo tiles, but they’re often replaced with much more popular hardwood (and its vinyl cousins). If you’re mulling over the idea to do the same, you might want to reconsider.

In this home, as was the case with the Netflix series, sometimes it’s worth it to fight for the unexpected choice. If you follow suit, you could end up with a stylish design that everybody wants.

The listing is held by Marc Noah at Sotheby’s International Realty.
