Homesickness: The one thing that’s easier to catch at college than the flu. Fortunately, you don’t have to spend an entire Saturday staked out at the health center to find the cure. Our remedy of choice? A comforting space decked out in Urban Outfitters’2019 On Campus collection. And the brand’s new selection of furniture, decor, and tech isn’t just for students—there are a bunch of things we want for our adult apartments, too.

UO Home’s chic, small-space-friendly finds are proof that dorm decor has come a long way from the days of hand-me-down tapestries and monogrammed throw pillows. Think: multipurpose desk organizers that would look just as good in a cubicle as a common room, and leaning storage ladders that would happily live next to either a twin XL bed or the entryway of a first apartment. School might be a few months away, but this collection already deserves an A+ in our book. Here are six of our favorite pieces:

For Above Your Bed

Dress up those sterile cement block walls (or any blah space in your apartment) with this sunny, abstract print. Psst: Use temporary picture hanging strips for hard-to-nail surfaces.

For the Bathroom

Elevate your post-shower experience with a bath mat that’s (almost) too pretty to step on. It might even make you forget about the dingy tile underneath.

For the Living Area

This steel dustpan is designed to withstand any mess that comes your way over the next four years—or, really, the next four decades.

For Your Beauty Routine

Your product stash deserves a better home than a plastic bin under the sink. Craft a showroom-worthy display with this metal wall shelf, which can be mounted mirror-side-up or -down.

For Your Work Space

The one thing all desks pre- and postgrad have in common? Good task lighting. A minimalist pick like this will (hopefully) inspire a clutter-free surface.

For Dinners at Home

It’s never too early to start a ceramics collection. Work your way up to fancy hand-thrown serving platters by beginning with the basics: multipurpose bowls and two sizes of plates. Black is a guaranteed dinner party win.
