Shabby chic takes on a whole new meaning inside this dreamy Australian estate. From the captivating palette of the decor to the textural accents, which so readily complement the rustic aesthetic of the space, there are no shortage of inspired details throughout the home.

Located an hour outside of Melbourne, The Estate Trentham, is a luxury accommodation, featuring a house, barn, and a harvest garden with seasonal goodies for guests to pick. We took a peek inside the stunning home, for some much-needed inspiration. Take a look!

The Scandinavian-inspired space features dark wood floors and white walls, decked with a slew of exotic items collected from both across the globe and local flea markets.

Textured linens and vibrant florals of a complementary hue, accentuate the monochromatic palette of the space.

In the quaint dining room we found a juxtaposition of decorative styles featuring a set of vintage dining chairs, a traditional table, and a mid-century modern floor lamp to complete the look.

A delicate balance between the decorative elements of this rustic kitchen inspires a captivating sense of simplicity. We can’t get enough of the striking pairing of the concrete floors, contemporary ceiling lights, and the very functional fireplace.

A set of wooden beams provide structure to this dreamy attic bedroom, while a bed of fine linens inspire warmth within the whitewashed space.

This just might be the bathroom of our dreams. This light and airy space features a cast iron claw-foot bathtub and a seriously stunning copper-toned concrete floor.
