According to Zillow, the celebrity couple spent the past four years residing in this Old Hollywood-style estate, which was originally built in 1955 by esteemed architect Paul R. Williams.
The 5,400 square-foot spread offers four bedrooms, six bathrooms, and an Italian marble-clad entryway with floor-to-ceiling bay windows and gorgeous views of the backyard gardens.
The wood-paneled family room features oversized picture windows, French doors, and a wood-burning fireplace with loads of rustic charm.
There’s also a coffer-covered wet bar in the family room—complete with a build-in wine fridge and polished granite countertops—that opens to an outdoor dining lounge.
In addition to a gourmet chef’s kitchen and formal dining room (that can seat up to twenty guests), the posh pad includes an insanely chic breakfast room outfitted in custom china cabinetry and dainty floral wallpaper across the walls and ceiling.
The spacious master suite comes with a pair of his-and-her dressing rooms and an all-marble master bathroom
with a spa-inspired soaking tub and steam shower.
Along with an al fresco dining area and several lush flower gardens, the landscaped backyard boasts a guesthouse, changing cabana, gym, and mosaic-tiled swimming pool shaped like a keyhole. No wonder the rock-star pair is asking $26.895M for the place.
