When both your parents are celebrity designers, it’s essentially written in the stars that you’re going to end up with the chicest nursery. Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent’s daughter Poppy has serious design pedigree and will surely have no shortage of decor inspo for her future spaces—though, if a recent Instagram video is any indication, she might actually be the one doing the inspiring. One peek at Berkus’ latest pieces for his Target collection is further proof of this.

A wonderfully tiara-clad Berkus posted the video reporting live from Poppy’s nursery, in which he went through a few pieces from his most recent Target line. “Everybody’s asking me, where is your collection at Target? The answer is, it’s still there!” he says while juggling an assortment of pink textiles. “This is the spring collection, inspired by—well, guess who?” Turns out, the soon-to-be four-year-old was the inspiration behind the latest pieces, which are perfect for adults and little ones (okay, super chic little ones) alike.

If you haven’t already scavenged your local Target for some of Berkus’ designs, it’s not too late. This latest drop is even more interesting because it features several items in shades of pink; a Poppy-approved hue that Berkus himself once said he steered clear of. “There are a million pink plastic things that go in baskets,” Berkus told Us Weekly back in January 2018, discussing his daughter’s favorite color. “Right now, if it’s pink or plastic she’s really on board. So it’s our worst nightmare, actually!”

Being that the once-hated color has now infiltrated an entire collection, it seems that this might signal a small shift in Berkus’ signature style. Be among the first to get your hands on one of these new items before they sell out—start now, by shopping our favorite textiles from the latest Nate Berkus for Target line. Even better, every single one is nursery-approved.
