Per Variety, Berkus—along with husband Jeremiah Brent—purchased the palatial pad from Hollywood producer Marta Kauffman (the co-creator of “Friends”).
The 8,400 square foot estate offers eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a guesthouse with another two bedrooms. Not to mention the grand entrance hall with old-school checkerboard flooring.
The colossal eat-in kitchen features a spacious center work island and opens directly to separate seating lounge.
The formal dining room boasts honeycomb-patterned ceilings, while the terracotta-floored family room includes a drop-down viewing screen.
The stately master suite comes complete with a private terrace and a vintage mosaic-tiled bathroom with double sinks and a steam shower.
Outside you’ll find a palm tree-shaded courtyard with a koi pond as well as a sports court and swimming pool—it’s no wonder a star decorator like Berkus decided to scoop this place up!
