Per TMZ, Phelps—and fiancée Nicole Johnson—purchased the Spanish-style mansion in December 2015, before its completion.
The palatial property offers hardwood floors, picture windows, fireplaces, and over 6,010 square foot of living space.
The chic chef’s kitchen is covered in marble countertops and features windowed ceilings as well as a spacious center island that doubles as a breakfast bar.
The decked-out master suite includes beamed ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and an outdoor patio.
Plus there’s an en suite marble master bath with matching his-and-her sinks, chandeliers, and an oversized soaking tub.
The backyard boasts stunning views of Camelback Mountain and of course, a resort-style swimming pool with a spa and fountains!
