Per Variety’s exclusive scoop, the 23-time gold medalist scored just under $1M for the loft-style brick house he bought back in 2012.
The multi-level abode offers three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, two garages—that hold up to eight cars—and over 5,000 square feet of living space.
Awesome amenities like double-height ceilings, exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, and a three-sided fireplace are sprinkled throughout the spread.
The gorgeous chef’s kitchen comes complete with a doublewide center island, polished concrete countertops, and two under-the-counter wine fridges.
Obviously the master bathroom has an Olympic-sized soaking tub and steam shower!
And there’s even a an entertaining pavilion on top of the townhouse—complete with an indoor hot tub—as well as a rooftop terrace with a wet bar and panoramic views of Phelps’ native Baltimore.
