If you’re going on vacation to “disconnect” and “recharge,” one Swedish hotel is going to hold you accountable to that. A new room in Gothenburg’s Hotel Bellora challenges guests to stay off their phones—and charges them according to how much time they spent on them.

The “Check Out Suite,” comes complete with a high-tech lamp that has the ability to detect screen-time. If you stay and spend no time on your phone, the suite will be free. But for every minute spent online, the price of the suite increases 20 Swedish krona, or about $2.20. After 30 minutes of screentime per person (or about two hours total for a family of four), the suite will be full price.

From now until February 6, the hotel is offering the chance for a family to stay in the suite on February 14—all you have to do is send an email explaining why you’d like the opportunity. A push for less time spent online and more time connecting IRL is the driving philosophy behind this hospitality venture, and Hotel Bellora specifically views this project as a means to bring families closer. For anyone who simply needs some time to unplug, though, this room can feel like the perfect escape.

While staying at the hotel, guests can also enjoy a rooftop bar and grab lunch or dinner at the mid-century-style Italian restaurant on its ground floor. In the city, too, visitors can get their culture fix at the Gothenburg Art Museum or take a stroll through one of Europe’s largest botanical gardens. Unplugging feels tempting right about now.
