Looking to infuse more Cali vibes into your home’s decor? If you weren’t already, this newest collaboration will convince you otherwise: CB2 has partnered with Fred Segal for a 34-piece collection.

The collaboration will be an ongoing one, featuring a wide range of products from sleek desk supplies to more playful decor pieces (hello, palm tree lamp and pineapple table).

“We’re huge fans of Fred Segal and the history behind the brand,” says CB2’s managing director Ryan Turf of how the collaboration came about. “We admire the way they disrupted the denim industry. As a kid, I grew up going to Fred Segal on visits to LA, and I remember being inspired by their work from a young age.”

“One of the key components of our brand has always been partnerships and collaborations with like-minded creative brands. So the timing and shared POV all made sense for us, as both Fred Segal and CB2 are known for being places of discovery and designer collaborations,” adds John Frierson, the president of Fred Segal.

According to Frierson, the CB2 partnership coincides with the upcoming Fred Segal flagship LA store, slated to open in September 2017. Known for its laid-back, decidedly Californian signature style, the Fred Segal brand celebrates casual luxury—an aesthetic that is seamlessly blended with CB2’s more modern take on decor in this partnership.

Created with both CB2 and Fred Segal customers in mind, the collaboration is meant to represent the LA live/work lifestyle. Think: clean lines made of natural materials, pieces that feel vintage but have a modern finish, and simple gold-toned items in whimsical shapes (in addition to the palm tree lamp, there’s also a gold pineapple table). It’s a balance between old and new, serious and playful.

“This collection celebrates the laid-back feeling of ’60s California/Venice Beach but in a modern way—denim being a major call out,” says Turf of the juxtaposition present throughout the line.

All of the “freshly optimistic” pieces are covetable, but one standout? The denim pillows, which are made in LA and are symbolic of Fred Segal’s history, according to Turf; the now iconic company got its start in 1961 as a jeans-only store.

The entire collection is available now on CB2.com and in CB2 stores. And with prices ranging from $3.50 to $1,499, there’s something for everyone.
