Despite its size, luxe design, and extremely A-list former resident, this desert hideaway is having a hard time finding a buyer. The home formerly owned by Frank Sinatra just hit the market for the fourth time since 2013—this time for the low, low price of $3.695 million.

Per the LA Times, Sinatra dubbed the property “Villa Maggio,” in homage to his Oscar-winning role in the film From Here to Eternity. Built in 1970, the midcentury-style retreat sits on 7.5 acres across the San Jacinto Mountains, and features three different buildings: a main lodge, a guest house, and a pool house.

Each of the three structures includes at least one gourmet kitchen, and offers a combined total of nine bedrooms (that can sleep up to 20 people), 13 and a half bathrooms, nine fireplaces, and over 6,400 square feet of living space.

The current owners took care of restoring the property in order to maintain all of its original vintage charm, including vaulted ceilings, stone fireplaces, wood-paneled walls, and stained-glass windows. In most rooms, a medley of natural materials combines to add an eclectic, yet rustic feel: For example, one of the many bathrooms blends stone walls with wooden cabinetry and tile flooring for a look that’s definitely unique.

The swanky spread also holds several balconies, terraces, and wraparound decks, offering up panoramic views of the stunning desert landscape.

Out back, a lagoon-style swimming pool is surrounded by a stone patio lounge for entertaining, and there’s also a pool house with two saunas.

And if all that wasn’t enough to satisfy a legendary crooner, there’s also an outdoor dance floor, tennis court, and helicopter landing pad on the premises—perfect for partying with the Rat Pack and sultry actresses alike.
