Flay first listed the property in October—following his divorce with actress Stephanie March—for a cool $7.95 million.
The 3,526 square foot compound is actually comprised of two different apartments—on two separate levels with two separate entrances—that the couple had combined.
However, after four months on the market with little response, Flay is now renting out the three-bedroom place for a whopping $22,500 a month!
Not surprisingly, the heart of the home is the massive, state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen, which features two full dishwashing machines and a walk-in pantry.
In addition to three bathrooms, the spread boasts a private office—complete with a wall of steel casement windows—as well as a lower-level media room and second-floor dining area.
Flay customized the digs along with the help of esteemed contractors MG + Company, who also designed all of his New York City restaurants.
