Fireclay Debuted Glass Tiles With an Avian Influence
Fireclay has been busy over the past year, releasing a shower fixtures collection and unveiling a series of mosaic tiles (we like the Sparkle series). Now, they’ve introduced a brand new line of glass tiles with colors inspired by none other than North American birds. Green-gray Hummingbird, orchid Waxbill, brick red Pheasant, and chartreuse Pine Siskin—there are 18 different hues, two different finishes, and four sizes to choose from. We love the idea of the glossy tile in the pool, as a backdrop for an outdoor shower, or all over a tub and shower set-up.
A New Towel Brand Introduced Stretchy Shower Staples
Adding in a little spandex stretch to standard cotton terry feels like a small thing, but when you’re not a robe person, or just need the corners to stay in place around your body while you run from the bathroom to the bedroom, it makes a difference. Typical, brought to market by a co-founder of Herschel Supply, offers bath, hand, and face towels in stripes, dots, and color-blocking and start at $38—we bet you’ll start seeing them at the beach this summer.
Anthropologie and Damson Madder Teamed Up on Whimsical Homewares
If there was a better duo to collaborate on a home collection, we don’t know it. Anthropologie and Damson Madder collide in a whimsical, colorful universe that spans homewares like lampshades, pillows, and bathmats as well as tabletop. We’re talking a house-shaped honey pot, a butter dish fashioned like a cafe facade, and a creamer that resembles fennel. It’s all very giftable, and Mother’s Day is coming up soon.
Block Shop Dropped Pattern-Happy Dog Beds
We were in Los Angeles earlier this month and popped into the Block Shop store in the Atwater neighborhood to get a firsthand look at their plump dog beds, which come in two different sizes and three patterns we know and love from the studio. A stain-resistant, water-repellent, removable cover complements a water-resistant foam interior—a boon to pet parents with a neat streak.
Material Kitchen Launched Cooking Chopsticks
To celebrate the release of Natasha Pickowicz’s latest cookbook, Everyone Hot Pot, the author and chef collaborated with Material Kitchen on a set of cooking chopsticks and porcelain dipping bowls. The two-tone utensils, available in a few different hues, are designed to be used for serving, too, and come with a storage pouch adorned with illustrations by none other than Pickowicz’s mom, Li Huai.
Nordic Knots Unveiled Chic Velvet Curtains
Ever since Nordic Knots ventured into the curtain game, we’ve been enamored with their interpretations of the decor staple. The colors are rich, the fabrics tactile, and the movement fluid. Plus, the Scandi brand sources premium materials for its wool, sheer, and cotton-linen panels and manufactures them in Italy. Recently, they dipped their drapes into the world of velvet. Available with an optional room-darkening liner and a variety of lengths (the width is fixed at 50 inches), these luxe window dressings come in several earthy tones—we’re crushing on the smoky blue and warm yellow.
Tekla Crafted a Sauna-Specific Collection
If there’s one home addition we know we’ll be seeing more of in 2026, it’s the at-home sauna. As the culture of sweat-it-out sessions becomes more ubiquitous in the U.S., chic bathing brands are bringing their own perspective to accessories. Danish darling Tekla is primed to do it right, and their sauna-specific robes, towels, hats, wraps, and seats are made in a soothing palette that’s like breathwork for the eyes.
Joon Loloi Got Into the Bedroom Game
Since rug retailer Loloi debuted its home furnishings arm in December 2024, the brand has introduced collabs with Domino favorites like Heidi Caillier and Lone Fox alongside its own designs. Most recently, the bedroom has joined the party with the addition of case goods, bed frames, and 100-percent cotton and linen bedding. The floral prints are romantic yet moody, the silhouettes of the dressers and nightstands buttoned-up without feeling stuffy. It’s a quiet yet clear expansion of the Joon Loloi universe.
Sixpenny Announced a Rug Capsule Inspired by Nature
After a year and a half of development, Sixpenny is hitting the floor, bringing its signature relaxed style and use of natural materials to a trio of 100-percent New Zealand wool rugs. We’re particularly fond of the Blossom design, available in a cardinal or monarch hue.
