There are some houses you just don’t forget, and Martha Stewart’s properties certainly fall into that category. Take her Bedford, New York home, a 1925 farmhouse on 153 acres of land that stars a sprawling, rustic kitchen, plenty of cozy living spaces, and an A+ garden. If you’ve ever dreamed of living a little bit more like Stewart, it just got a whole lot easier, thanks to a partnership between Marquee Brands and Hapi Homes.
The collaboration manifests as a curation of pre-fabricated homes, specifically inspired by a handful of Stewart’s current (and past) residences: her charming Lily Pond house in East Hampton, her modern NYC condo on Perry Street, her Skyland retreat in Maine, and, yes, her Bedford country farmhouse. Each one is available to purchase in two sizes, either a full-size home or a smaller accessory dwelling unit (ADU).

The Bedford home is a modern take on her farmhouse, featuring a metal roof, limestone surfaces, oak flooring, and the iconic clapboard siding. White stucco and covered terraces adorn the rendition of the Perry Street design (peep the ADU option below). The Skyland model makes the most of the details in her Maine estate, with pergolas, wide French doors, and a masonry facade. Finally, Lily Pond rounds out the offerings with cedar siding, massive windows, and stone detailing.

The build time is surprisingly quick—Hapi Homes averages between four and 12 weeks from permit to delivery. This shorter timeframe is possible due to the company’s framing system, which relies on light-gauge steel to reduce carbon and on-site waste. The approach shortens build times by up to 40 percent.
But the best part is the price: these home build kits start at $150,000 for ADUs and $450,000 for full-size residences. Buyers can explore and customize their homes through the company’s digital design platform, which provides real-time pricing, finish choices, and delivery timelines.
