Sarah Jessica Parker and husband Matthew Broderick have nabbed two townhouses in the uber stylish West Village, Variety reports. The two previously owned an apartment in the pricey neighborhood that had us seriously swooning.

The side-by-side properties are on a tree-lined street in downtown Manhattan, not far from Magnolia Bakery, the New York institution where the SATC girls bought their sweet treats. The exterior has 50 feet of street coverage–that’s massive by city standards.

It’s rumored that the couple plans to do an extensive renovation, combining the two townhouses to create a 13,900-square-foot family home. Both properties were built in the early 20th century and feature charming details like this carved mantlepiece.

We “can’t help but wonder” how SJP will revamp these interiors, but if it’s anything like her shoe collection, we’re sure it’ll be fabulous.

The property also features over 2,000 square feet of secluded outdoor space. Can you imagine the entertaining opportunities on this patio? This private backyard is the perfect place to escape the bustling city streets with a refreshing cocktail in hand.
