This pistachio loaf of bread is the right amount of dense and a whole lot of substance. Chalk full of nutty flavors, the pistachios and almonds seem to balance each other out. The added lime zest and vanilla extract give the bread a light, but pleasant scent and taste. Enjoy the bread on its own, or pair with a warm cup of tea.
