Another day, another Oh Joy! collab we can’t get enough of. Having tackled home decor, luggage, photo books, and even tiles, designer and blogger Joy Cho is now turning her attention to tableware. In a just-launched partnership with tableware company Cheeky, she is bringing a fresh, fun, and definitely spring-approved vibe to disposable dinnerware.

Available now exclusively at Target, every item from the collection retails at $3.49. The standard plates and bowls will feature (of course), as well as more unique items like wine tumblers and lidded snack cups perfect for everything from entertaining to school lunches. It’s possibly the chicest (and most cheerful) disposable dining collection we’ve ever seen.

When asked about the inspiration behind the designs, Cho had a pretty simple answer: “Spring! Spring is a season of renewal and sunny days ahead, so I wanted our Oh Joy! for Cheeky collection to feel happy and optimistic, yet also be able to mix and match well with any party or get-together you might have this spring and summer,” she explains.

The largely pastel-hued line incorporates a few patterns prime for mixing and matching. And yes, there are the requisite florals for spring, but they’re not overdone or obnoxious in any way. With spring—otherwise known as the beginning of al fresco dining season—and Easter fast approaching, this is the perfect collection for easy entertaining; if only because the cleanup will be immensely easier.

Being that it comes from a design perspective, it’s no surprise that these aren’t your standard paper plates. Instead, they’re an elegant take on disposable dishware—although according to Cho, a well put-together event isn’t really reliant on the actual dishes.

“Focusing on beautiful and delicious food still makes your gathering feel special and elevated,” says Cho. “Also, [having] the plates out at a table setting—just as you would with fancier plates—can offer a more sophisticated vibe.”

As pretty as the designs are, they’re not even the best part of this collaboration: Cheeky was founded on philanthropic principles, drawing attention to world hunger through partnerships with organizations like Feeding America and No Kid Hungry. For every Cheeky item purchased, the company donates a meal to someone in need, and the Oh Joy! line will do the same thing. It makes entertaining easy while also doing some good; the combination that drew Cho to collaborating in the first place.

“Entertaining takes a lot of time and prep, and this is one area you can make easier for yourself,” says Cho. “When I have people over, the last thing I want to do is wash 45 dishes afterwards. Also, because for every package purchased, a meal goes to Feeding America and No Kid Hungry, it’s a wonderful option for everyone.”
