The lifestyle blogger bought the place in 2012 for $1.35 million but is asking for a cool $3.2 for the now updated estate.

Conrad has since transformed the space into a hip but elegant abode with renovations that include restoring a spiral staircase and adding a 20-foot tall brick wall in the living room.

The kitchen of the two-bedroom spread offers all new-custom cabinetry and a brightly hued

breakfast nook

The master suite boasts a massive walk-in closet –with transparent doors and shelving—in addition a master bathroom with his-and-her sinks and an impressive vanity.

There’s also a formal cocktail bar, as well as a huge laundry room covered in colorful floral wallpaper.

Above the top floor of the two-story property is a rooftop terrace and garden—complete with marble-tiled floors and views of the surrounding mountains.
