The actor just bought the east side estate from movie star Jason Statham, who purchased the home from Ben Stiller in 2011.

The Spanish-style spread was originally built in 1929 and features a slew of decadent deco-style details such as dark wood beams and antique fixtures.

The home offers six bedrooms and six bathrooms in addition to a formal dining room, library, and a fully-equipped home theater. 

The state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen boasts vaulted ceilings and a sizeable breakfast nook.

A colorfully-tiled fountain and fireplace—as well w as several courtyards and terraces—can be found near the outdoor entertaining area.

A pergola-lined backyard walkway leads to the abode’s scenic palm tree-shaded swimming pool.
