The musically inclined duo is looking for more space to accommodate their growing family. The gated mansion sits on 5.42 acres and boasts 32 rooms, including several formal reception areas and is priced at a cool $14.9 million.

The pair purchased the property from Eddie Murphy in 2013 to make room for their second child, daughter Genesis, born last December.

An art wing was recently added to the estate to house the pair’s massive—and impressive—collection of artwork.

The 25,000 square foot space features 8 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, two elevators, and a carriage house with its own gym as well as a five-car garage.

In addition to an indoor swimming pool pavilion, the spread also has a movie theater, two-lane bowling alley, and a professional recording studio for endless entertainment without ever having to leave home.
