The 30 Rock star bought the 1-bedroom condo in 2013 for $2.25 million according to Variety.
The 840-square foot space is nestled inside of the historic Devonshire House in Greenwich Village, where Baldwin also owns two other apartments (including a duplex penthouse)!
In addition to 4” wide oak wood floors, the 8th floor pad features solid core doors and a spacious Victoria Hagan-designed living room.
There’s also a windowed eat-in kitchen filled with state of the art appliances and ample storage space.
The bathroom boasts a custom vanity (made with marble), heated floors, glass shower tiles, and tub big enough to fit two people.
The esteemed building also offers a traditional English courtyard garden, a manicured rooftop terrace, and it’s own private fitness center.
