Morgan Bulman joined Recurrent’s New York City office in the summer of 2021 as the associate commerce editor for both Domino and Saveur.
Morgan’s first foray into design started at Hearst’s Floor Covering Weekly where she learned the ins and outs of hardwood, rugs, carpet, tile, and vinyl. She traveled regularly to conferences and expos, profiled CEOs, and covered breaking news events. Having spent a lot of time interviewing contractors and builders, Morgan naturally shifted gears as the associate editor of commerce, and now tackles home tours and shopping guides, specializing in reno-related topics.
After a short stint in the sciences at the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry, Morgan did a 180, graduating from SUNY Brockport with a bachelor’s degree in English and minor in Business Administration. She then went on to earn a master’s degree in Magazine, Newspaper, and Online Journalism at Syracuse University’s Newhouse School.
