If there is one thing we’re looking forward to this spring—aside from the warm weather, of course—it’s the abundance of fresh flowers that come with the new season. Maybe it’s the fact that winter always seems to drag on but, no other season can really compare when it comes to that first bloom. And since we’ve officially entered spring, we took to Instagram to scout out the spots that embody the very best of the time of year. From the quaint storefronts in London to the spanning desert estates, here are the stunning exteriors we’re swooning for.

Wisteria hysteria is an actual thing and we can see why. Thanks to their ethereal hues and abundance in numbers, these florals make a statement in their own right. Couple it with an equally alluring backdrop—charming storefronts being the key here—and you have the ultimate Insta-worthy shot.

Spring in Rome is one truly special scene. After all, when you pair the warm and vibrant exteriors of the ancient dwellings with the bright greens of the season’s freshest florals, you end up with one spectacular entry, much like this bespoke spot.

Red roses set against a bright blue backdrop—is there anything quite as perfect and serene as that? London’s Notting Hill boasts no shortage of inspired exteriors and entries, and this quaint entry is no exception.

Bougainvillea may be a staple of the Los Angeles scene but we’ll never tire of seeing those saturated hues—especially when they come paired with a stark white wall. The ever-growing florals always seem to have a mind of their own, spanning just about every square inch of an exterior and quite frankly, we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Carmel-by-the-Sea may just be the quintessential seaside town of our dreams and so naturally, there would be no shortage of inspired, floral-filled exteriors. Take this charming, ivy-covered entry for example, where an abundance of greens surround the home, establishing a scene much like that of a secret garden.

Decks and patios are no exception to the floral-filled exterior, especially when they come as sweet and saturated as this. Bonus points for the outdoor space that takes on a monochromatic scheme by way of both florals and furnishings.

The Southwest also gets in on the changing of the seasons. Once those desert florals begin to bloom, it will be difficult to find a space that even comes close to the beauty that results from the aesthetically-vibrant, high-contrast effect of the flowers.

We’re swooning over these insane roses! Beth Kirby’s whimsical entry is one we’re seriously envious of. Coupled with the bright greenery and serene surround, this spot is pure perfection.
