Attention, Keeping Up With the Kardashians fans: controversial (and arguably most entertaining) cast member Scott Disick just listed his Hidden Hills Cape Cod-style home for rent at the hefty price tag of $60,000 a month.

Per Trulia, the change to a rental comes following Disick’s inability to find a full-time owner. He had originally put the home up for sale—it’s even still listed as such on listing company Compass’ website—for $7.8 million.

Built in 1968, the elegant estate is located on a private cul-de-sac (which we imagine is a necessity for one of the most recognizable faces in television) and sits on 1.3 acres. The home has seven total bedrooms including a guest suite and six and a half bathrooms.

Filled with natural light and modern, luxe touches, the home’s open floor plan lends itself to that breezy California look. The completely whitewashed chef’s kitchen offers total opulence with marble counters, stainless steel appliances, and double islands.

The kitchen, which includes a smaller dining area, opens up to a family room complete with a built-in fireplace. There is another more formal dining room located nearby that opens into another sitting room, and there’s yet another family room in the downstairs children’s wing.

If you’re wondering why the distinction of a “downstairs” children’s wing is necessary, it’s because there’s another one upstairs—and that one is lofted.

The hotel-inspired master suite has its own private balcony and features a fireplace, custom-designed dual closets, and a spa-like bathroom. Wide plank wood floors and marble accents run throughout the home, contributing to the clean, modern feel.

Outside, renters will have access to a large pool and spa area. They sit on sprawling landscaped grounds that also house patios and a fire pit while simultaneously overlooking the city and surrounding natural landscape. There’s even a basketball area.

Other coveted features include a junior master suite, a game room, and a wine cellar—though for someone whose nickname is “The Lord”, we would quite frankly expect nothing less.
