This past week, Sarah Jessica Parker sold her 6,800 square foot Greenwich Village townhouse she’s lived in for the past four years with her husband Matthew Broderick and their children.

The five-level home offers eight bathrooms, seven fireplaces, six bedrooms, and a parlor floor with a Juliet balcony that overlooks the home’s landscaped backyard garden.

Original crown molding can be found throughout the home, including the formal dining room, which also features floor-to-ceiling double-paned mahogany windows.

The massive garden-floor kitchen boasts walnut countertops and cabinetry, as well as an eat-in area that leads directly to the backyard.

The spacious fourth-floor master suite includes a working fireplace, a walk-in closet, and a master bathroom with its own hand-carved oval stone tub.

And for their three young children—James, Marion, and Tabitha—the superstar couple turned the entire top floor into a family room, in addition to converting several of the bedrooms into kid’s playrooms.
